My Place Hotel
Yakima · March 28, 2018
A four-storey hotel in Yakima, and the biggest frame on our list. Four floors of walls went up with two lifts working on site, and the building stood finished when the job closed out. It is the same crew that frames a single house, working at a bigger scale.

A three-storey custom house framed among tall firs, a long way from the Yakima Valley and built to the same standard. Tall walls on a tree-lined lot are where framing experience shows: more than 30 years of it went into this one.
