The structure

Framing and roofing, built to carry the house for good.

Trust us with your structural needs. More than 30 years framing and roofing, we treat your house as if it was our own.

Chapter 01

The part of the house you stop seeing, and never stop living with

Once the drywall goes up, nobody looks at the framing again. But walls that stand plumb, floors that sit level and a roof that lands true decide whether doors close cleanly and whether ceiling lines stay straight in year ten.

That is why we treat structure as the main event, not a stage to get through. Trust us with your structural needs: more than 30 years framing and roofing, we treat your house as if it was our own.

Walls stood, sheathed in OSB, roofed and dried in

The sequence is simple and we hold to it. Walls go up square off the foundation, sheathing goes on in OSB, the roof is framed and covered, and the house is dried in before weather has a say in the schedule.

Shingles follow the dry-in. Roof lines, valleys and gables are laid out with the ridge in mind, because the roof is the first thing anyone sees from the road and the last thing you want to think about in a storm.

Chapter 03

From ramblers to a four-storey hotel

The crew has framed ramblers, a three-storey house in Snoqualmie, and the four-storey My Place Hotel in Yakima, finished in 2018. The tools are the same at every size. The discipline is what changes.

Owners have also trusted us with triplex and duplex builds. One client had a triplex of 4,500 square feet up in less than a month, and another came back for a second build after the first duplex. You can read their words on our reviews page.

Framed from the ground up, checked from the ridge

A frame is only as good as what it sits on. We dig and pour as well, so the walls start on footings and foundations we know are square, and the same crew carries the job into siding once the roof is on. Browse our finished work on the projects page.
